2.博士生：攻讀博士是一場長跑，希望你具備極強的專注力、抗壓能力和敏銳的學術嗅覺。關于過往成果，高質量的學術發表是加分項，但非必備項；我更看重你是否具備發現“真問題”的潛質，以及對學術研究的敬畏心與恒心。
3.博士後：希望你已具備獨立的研究能力和紮實的學術積累。跨學科視野與優秀的英文寫作能力将是重要的加分項。我特别歡迎具有統計學、經濟學、管理學、人口學等計算社會科學（Computational Social Science）背景的青年學者加入，共同探索法學研究的新範式。
