個人簡介
宋昕哲，男，1988年2月出生，四川嶽池縣人，法國圖盧茲大學法學博士，副教授，博士生導師。
Dr Xinzhe Song is an Associate Professor in Intellectual Property at the Law School of Hainan University, People’s Republic of China. In 2017, he was awarded the highest distinction (Mention très honorable avec les félicitations du jury à l’unanimité) for his doctoral dissertation on geographical indications (GIs) defended at the University of Toulouse, France. His research projects on trademarks and GIs have received grants from China’s most prestigious funders, including China Scholarship Council (CSC) and National Social Science Foundation (NSSF). He is the author and editor of several books and numerous articles in publications including World Trade Review, Queen Mary Journal of Intellectual Property, Journal of World Intellectual Property, Journal of World Trade, Propriété Industrielle (in French), and Intellectual Property (in Chinese).
